INTECH Group is honoured to partner with CVI Pharma as the consulting, design, and construction unit. Given the high demands on quality and the stringent timeline of Vietnam’s first-ever high-tech pharmaceutical factory project, the crucial package of the project includes:
- Construction of Cleanroom Systems: Developing cleanrooms that meet stringent pharmaceutical standards.
- Supply and Installation of Systems: Including electrical systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Integrated Telecommunications (ITC).
- Installation of HVAC Equipment: Providing and installing Chiller systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and deep dehumidifiers.
- Water and Waste Management Systems: Installing Reverse Osmosis (RO) water systems and waste treatment systems; as well as compressed air and steam supply systems.
This project, with a total investment of VND 300 billion, spans over 12,000 square meters. It employs an integrated closed-loop system from standardized extraction, and nano-material processing, to final product manufacturing within a GMP-WHO standard factory aiming for PICs-GMP certification. This has made it the first pharmaceutical factory to be recognized and licensed in the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.
The project further solidifies INTECH Group’s leading position and pioneering role in the field of designing and constructing high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
